Copyright policy
Dooflix APK respects intellectual-property rights and expects visitors and contributors to do the same. The website is an independent informational resource and does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, applications, films, television programs, artwork, or other protected material discussed in its guides.
If you believe specific material available on or linked from this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a complete written notice using the process below. General statements that an entire website, category, application, or search term is infringing may not provide enough information to locate and evaluate the material.
Information required in a takedown notice
To support an efficient review, the notice should include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Protected work — Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- Reported material — Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it. Include each exact dooflix-apk.com page URL and describe the relevant text, image, or link.
- Contact details — Your name, organization where applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Where to send a notice
Email a complete notice to hello@dooflix-apk.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Include the notice in the email body or as a readable attachment. Do not send compressed executables or password-protected archives.
This email is the website's copyright contact. Publishing this contact process does not by itself represent that an agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or that every safe-harbor requirement applies. A service seeking formal Section 512 protection must independently satisfy the applicable legal requirements, including agent registration where required.
Review and action
We may confirm receipt, request missing information, investigate the identified URLs, remove or disable access to material, update or remove a link, notify a relevant party, or preserve information when reasonably necessary. A complete notice helps us act promptly; it does not guarantee a particular legal conclusion.
We may share the notice and contact information with the person responsible for the reported material, a hosting or service provider, legal advisers, or a transparency service when appropriate and lawful.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification generally includes your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number.
It must also include consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and acceptance of service from the person who submitted the original notice, as applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Because a counter-notification has legal consequences, consider consulting a qualified attorney before submitting one.
Misrepresentation and abuse
Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice or counter-notification can create legal liability. Do not use this process to remove criticism, factual references, search results, competition, or material you do not own. Consider whether the reported use may be licensed, authorized, in the public domain, or protected by an exception or limitation before sending a notice.
Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, impersonation, privacy, security, and general content-correction requests are not automatically DMCA claims. Send those matters to hello@dooflix-apk.com with an accurate subject line and the exact page URL. See the Contact page for additional guidance.
